We are a group of people who share similar values, and, therefore, have unanimously agreed on certain guidelines in order to ensure fairness, and all important decisions are made with 100% vote, so that everyone agrees on decisions that affect the entire community instead of having someone make your decisions for you.
At the high level, the main difference between our little society and any other is this:

This simple yet constructive principle is the foundation of everything we do, and it has been reflected in the documents associated with our little society. These documents have been created with the help of research, county extension office and advice from an attorney and an accountant. The goal of creating these documents is to We consider our documents, like our vision, to be living and breathing and able to be changed by the LLC membership when it makes sense to do so. The following documents (LLC Contract, Operating Agreement, and Vedrica Ode) outline the relationship between individual members and the community. In two words, the principles contained in them can be summarized as follows:
Respect yourself, respect others and respect the earth as a living being.
